Audit
First, we talk to you and your team, look at your tools and processes, and listen to what slows people down. We map each workflow so we can see where time is lost.

Plan
Next, you get a prioritised roadmap of what to build, ordered by impact, with rough costs and expected ROI against each. We usually suggest one proof of concept to start.

Build
Then we build and test the tools with your team, and connect them to your CRM, booking system and other software through their APIs. A person reviews anything the AI isn't sure about.
