01

Who we are

Pixexl is an AI development studio based in London, UK. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@pixexl.com.

02

What we collect

Details you give us when you book a call or email us: your name, email address, company, and anything you include in your message.

Basic technical data when you visit the site, such as your browser, the pages you view and your approximate location. This is collected through cookies and analytics tools.

03

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls, to deliver work we have agreed with you, to improve the website, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that affect you.

04

Our legal basis

Under UK GDPR we rely on legitimate interests to reply to enquiries and run the website, on contract to deliver services, on consent for non-essential cookies and marketing emails, and on legal obligation for record keeping.

05

Who we share it with

Trusted providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email and calendar tools. They only process your data on our instructions.

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

06

Client project data

When we build tools for a client, we process their data on their behalf under a separate data processing agreement. That agreement, not this policy, covers how that data is handled.

07

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years after we last hear from you. Client and billing records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting rules.

08

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@pixexl.com and we will reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

09

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work. Analytics cookies are only set if you agree to them. You can change your choice at any time or clear cookies in your browser settings.
